      Before entering real estate, Titus graduated from Ryerson University’s Business program with a degree in Accounting and Finance. He obtained a CGA, CPA in Canada and a CPA in the U.S. He spent 15 years working in various industries in senior accounting and management roles. Titus worked with Re/Max for over 11 years, prior to joining the groundbreaking innovative cloud-based, eXp Brokerage.


      An avid foodie, with a certificate in European cuisine from George Brown College, Titus is always trying new restaurants or recipes at home in the kitchen or he can be found volunteering time and energy to support various social causes when not busy working with clients. Titus enjoys sport, art and culture, enriching his experience by traveling extensively throughout Europe, the Middle East the Caribbean and South America.


      A recipient of multiple real estate awards, Titus’s goal is to provide impeccable service to his real estate clients by educating and empowering them to make the right decisions. Titus extensive knowledge of the real estate market in Toronto and the GTA coupled with his keen analytical skills from the world of finance allows him to see opportunities that others might not. He has a great appreciation and understanding of the city's diversity, culture and his practical knowledge of each neighborhood is what makes him excel in matching people with properties.

      Titus’ successful business has grown mostly from referrals and repeat clients which is based on building and keeping solid relationships. Whether it is a single professional, family with children, or empty nesters ready to downsize, Titus utilizes his market insight and eye for quality, as well as value, to help facilitate the smoothest real estate experience possible. 


      Paul’s passion for Real Estate sparked when he worked as a Property Acquisition Agent with Ontario Hydro across the Province for their Transmission Towers while completing his BA, majoring in Economics at The University of Guelph. Since then, Paul has over 3 decades of award-winning years selling real estate in the GTA & Durham Region. His recognitions include multiple Platinum and Chairman Awards and the Hall of Fame Award with Re/Max.
